This is the time of year we take a minute to reflect on the prior year and set goals for the new year. Shortly the TKHCC Board of Directors will meet at its annual strategic planning meeting to discuss our challenges and goals for 2022.
2021 Successes include our ongoing SCE Business Education Star Workshop series. November’s workshop, “Effective Communication” had over 100 attendees. Look for more in 2022. Our monthly Ambassadors lunch was able to go back to meeting in person. Our annual Holiday lunch was a sell out with 75 joining us for the festive event. A very special thanks goes out to Ambassador Chair Beth Bruegman, USA Staffing. No doubt incoming co-chairs Ilah Brock, Central Valley Hypnotherapy and Ashley Gibson, New York Life Insurance Co and the ambassador team are looking forward to the coming year.
2021 will conclude with our Annual Awards dinner on Friday, January 21, 2022, at the Visalia Convention Center. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Dr. Joseph Castro cannot attend, however we are excited to announce, the keynote speaker will be the phenomenal Dr. Luz Gonzales, Dean of the Fresno State Visalia Campus. And of course, we will hold our famous annual silent auction. It will truly be a night you don’t want to miss.
Finally, on behalf of the TKHCC Board of Directors we would like to thank our corporate sponsors, event sponsors, volunteers and most important, our members. Without your efforts, and support, 2021 could not have been as successful. We wish you a very Happy, Healthy, and Safe New Year. Look out 2022, here we come!
Gil Jaramillo, Executive Director
