The Tulare Local Healthcare District’s Board of Directors will meet this evening to discuss potential candidates to replace Linda Wilbourn’s vacated seat in the district’s Zone 5.
The board will also meet to consider approving a flier to advertise a vacancy in Zone 1, the district of Richard Torrez, who recently resigned from the board.
The meeting will be held at 8:30pm at the Evolutions Fitness & Wellness Center, 1425 E. Prosperity, Tulare.
