A lawsuit has been filed against the Tulare Local Healthcare District, alleging that the entity is wasting public funds and violating the public records act.
The lawsuit also names Benny Benzeevi, CEO of Healthcare Conglomerate Associates, HCCA itself, and each TLHCD board member individually.
Members of Citizens for Hospital Accountability, alongside other Tulare citizens, filed the suit today. A copy of the document is available below.
